· Produce progress reports and treatment plans
· Provide parent/family training and progress reports in accordance with company guidelines.
· Must have experience writing applied behavior analytic programs and analyzing and graphing data

- Observe and provide hands-on assistance to RBT's in need of additional help teaching new skills and working on treatment objectives of patients with developmental delays
- Read, understand and follow the patient treatment plan and implementation strategies

- Office & In-Field support duties, as needed

-Working closely with the NESS team to develop ongoing action plans for our programs funding.
-Work with NESS team to find grants and meet grant deadline. Some grant writing experience is preferred.
-This position 100% remote and hours are flexible with Mandatory weekly team meeting.
-Must be able to work independently.
